Hunters Rock reef in Apo Reef, Philippines, is around 20 kilometers off the west coast of Apo Island. It is not a dive spot easy to find or dive as receives with strong currents so is probably that you find yourself with your buddies alone in a difficult diving spot but highly recommended.
It is famous in the area for the large amount of poisonous sea snakes to be found, especially in the summer mating season. Hunters Rock is a beautiful scenario of sponges and coral formations full of tropical fish like sweetlips fish, clown fish or butterfly fish. You can also find some sharks and schools of jackfish.
